The location in a central area was particularly good and great and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

The property met requirements, we would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for the such wonderful stay after that first night. The location is perfect, walk from a subway station.

the pictures online are no way the hotel we went to, especially the hotel rooms, the one we had was quite dirty with absolutely no fancy decorations like the pictures show. That hotel is part of a chain (hotel atlas in munich) - i suspect they published pictures from another hotel, or from a few renovated room. We were in room 201

Staff were helpful when we complained that the hotel was not as portrayed on the website.
Everything. We booked an apartment so that we could prepare our own meals and the kitchenette was totally inadequately equipped.

Had a comfortable sleep after a tiresome travel and tour. The hotel was close to the central station and had a good deal on price.

Being close to the central station and downtown makes it easy to get around the city. the hotel offers basic facilities for a good price. the rooms are equipped with a microwave, stove top, and fridge, which allows for some flexibility in meals and drinks. Some rooms also offer a spacious bathroom.
It's important to note that the noise from the main road can be quite loud, which may make it difficult for some light sleepers.

I did not like the shower, very small and uncofortable. I did not like the fact of not having a blind in the room, so we coudn't really sleep well since at 5am the light was coming through the window, not very good for people that like to sleep in the dark.

The price for the studio was surprisingly affordable, considering its size and location. the room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants.
The studio did not match the photos shown online, with some minor damages and signs of wear and tear. the shower had low water pressure and a few broken parts.

We have been on the Hotel for two days and most of our time we were on the city so actually we have used it only for sleep and hygiene. I have to say it is a good place for this case. Our room was clean and simple as the bathroom.
The price is a bit high because the hotel is in the heart of the city so we can say it is fair. Fridge was out of order. The room would be small for three people if they want to spend there more time than us. Some graffiti on the walls (not in the room but in the hotel's shared places), it was a big surprice for us.

Smoke smell in a room, close to red-lights-district, non-comfortable beds, poor bathroom

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious room and its cleanliness. It was a great relief to find that the location was just a short walk away from the main train station and the city center. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the Christmas markets. Additionally, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about the area and the nearby attractions.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the noise level in the mornings due to the cleaning staff was somewhat bothersome.
